Phil, Bass

I am originally from Stratford on Avon, England, and have lived in the States for the last 11 years. Music has always been a very important part of my life, ever since I can remember. My original band influences thought, were late 80's and early 90's American hard rock. Ironically they now are almost all Brit bands, such as The Wonderstuff, James, Stone Roses, Blur, Pulp, Oasis, Radiohead etc.

After mainly living and playing in Santa Cruz & San Francisco, I made a hard decision, and moved to Austin in the summer of 2000. I was really looking for a good band situation, and answered an ad in the Chronicle for a bass player, and if you are reading this, I'm still playing with them!! Not bad bunch of blokes really!! Music's pretty good too!!
